Tony Lokko joins Inter Allies as head coach

Inter Allies have secured the services of Anthony Lokko as new head coach of the club, Footy-Ghana.com can confirm.

The move became necessary after a rather sudden exit of popular coach Paa Kwesi Fabin who left the job just 78 days into his second stint with the ‘Eleven Is To One’ side.

A headhunt exercise conducted by top club officials saw coach Lokko identified as perfect fit for the Inter Allies project.

And following days of negotiations, Lokko had to mutually part ways with Berekum Chelsea, a side he had only re-joined in April this year in order to pave way for his switch to the Accra-based Ghana Premier League outfit.

Soft-spoken Coach Tony Lokko arrives with a wealth of experience having previously led clubs like Tema Youth and Amidaus Professionals.

He is expected to officially begin duties from Monday as the club steps up preparation for the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League which has been set to commence late December.
