Ghana defender Isaac Donkor has joined Austrian Bundesliga side Sturm Graz on transfer deadline day.
The centre-back arrives at the neo-black-whites on a free transfer and has signed an initial one-year contract with a further option.
“I’m overjoyed to have signed with Sturm Graz,” 24-year-old Donkor said after signing his deal.
He continued: “Lukas Spendlhofer and I have known each other for a long time and he immediately convinced me to come to Graz.
“Now I want to integrate quickly and take the next step in my career.”
Donkor has previously played for Inter Milan, Cesena, SSC Bari, US Avellino 1912. Last season, he also featured for Romanian side Universitatea Craiova where he emerged as one of their top performers.
Isaac Donkor will wear shirt number 20 at Sturm Graz.
