Exclusive: Kenichi, Da Rocha want ‘a Kotoko job’

Coaches Kenichi Yatsuhashi and Ricardo Da Rocha are interested in taking up roles at Asante Kotoko, Footy-Ghana.com can exclusively reveal.

Though Kotoko has not invited applications for the job temporarily held by English trainer Steven Polack, our unimpeachable sources reveal the two who already have experience in the Ghana Premier League made contacts with the club weeks before the FA Cup final.

Footy-Ghana however understands that Kotoko intend to reward Steven Polack a permanent contract especially after leading the side to win the MTN FA Cup last Sunday.

Coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi, the Japanese-American trainer began the 2015/16 season with Hearts of Oak and was doing well but left midway. He has since been always linked with a return to the country.

On the other hand, Brazilian Da Rocha just ended his one-year deal with Ebusua Dwarfs. He led the club to an impressive 4th place finish at the end of the 2016/17 Ghana Premier League.
