Ghana will arrive in India for the 2017 Fifa Under-17 World Cup four days before kickoff, Footy-Ghana.com has confirmed.
And it is the Black Starlets who are scheduled to play the tournament opener with South American side Colombia.
Ghana who are currently holding their final preparations in Abu Dhabi, will leave the UAE together with their African brothers Mali on the same day and will touch down the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi on Monday October 2.
The Black Starlets will then begin their campaign against Colombia on October 6 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.

The Colombians, after naming their final squad, headed straight to India making them the first team to arrive for next month’s Fifa Under-17 World Cup.
Also joined by the USA and hosts India in Group A, Ghana will be seeking a third tournament victory. The last time they won was 22 years ago in Ecuador.
