In-demand Raphael Dwamena scored a hat-trick as FC Zurich handed out a 10-0 thrashing of lower division side FC Chippis in the Swiss Cup on Sunday.
The Ghana striker scored in the 15th, 31st and 35th minute to help Zurich to a comfortable win.
Dwamena, who has already scored 2 goals in 4 games for FC Zurich in the Swiss Super League has been heavily linked with a move to English Premiership side Brighton & Hove Albion.
Last week, it was reported that the newly-promoted Premier League side had an 8million pound bid rejected and are expected to return with an improved offer.
The 21-year old meanwhile, is staying calm, telling reporters: “I have not heard anything yet. I am currently a FC Zurich player, but anything can happen quickly in football. I’m still very young.”
Dwamena made his debut for the Black Stars in June, scoring twice in a 4-0 win against Ethiopia.
