Ghanaian Aziz Tetteh hopes to continue fine form at club

Ghanaian midfielder Abdul Aziz Tetteh is keeping his hopes high to excel at his club Lech Poznan this season.

The 26 year old joined the club two seasons ago from Greek outfit Platanias and instantly became a core member of the side with his stellar performances.

The former Liberty Professionals player has played a huge role in the club’s quest to win the 2016/17 season league title after featuring in fifteen (15) of their nineteen (19) matches this season and registering one goal for the Polish side.

Due to his fine form he recently had a contract extension and hopes to continue.

“It’s always good to sign a long contract so you will not be thinking about what’s going to happen in the future and my season has been so far so good,” he said.

He added; “As you know Lech Poznan is not a club that plays to survive in the championship and so we are playing to win every trophy so we are just hoping for the best and we know we are on the right course.”

The Polish league is now on break and will resume after the Christmas holidays with Lech Poznan lying on the fourth position with 31 points, eight behind league leaders Jagiellonia Bialystok.
