Break: Coach Yaw Preko quits Hearts of Oak

Acting head coach of Accra Hearts of Oak, Yaw Preko has resigned from the club, footy-Ghana can reveal.

The former Black Stars winger submitted his resignation letter to management at the club’s secretariat Friday afternoon.

Preko joined the Phobians as an assistant coach prior to the start of the 2015/16 season but was made interim head few games to the end of the season.

He had seen his head coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi depart midway into the campaign but was bypassed for Portuguese trainer Sergio Traguil who had arrived just about the time to handle the Hearts youth side.
