‘We were a bit unlucky against Kotoko’ – Kenichi

Hearts of Oak coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi has opined that luck eluded his sideIin their 0-1 defeat to arch rivals Asante Kotoko on Monday.
The porcupine warriors benefited from a horrendous error from goalkeeper Soulama Abdoulaye who miskicked the ball from a harmless back-pass into his own net in the 44th minute of the 2015/16 GPL match day 10 encounter.
Hearts created as many glaring chances as possible in the game but failed to put the ball past Kotoko goalie Ernest Sowah. Cosmos Dauda emerged the worst culprit of missed chances for the Phobians.
“I think our players played really well. We were a bit unlucky that we conceded and we could not score but overall, our players did really well.
“I’m not happy about losing this game. But disappointed? No. I think we would like to win but my focus now is the next game. How do we come back from here to win the next match. We’re not happy now but we will come back strong,” he said after the game.
Hearts remain second behind Wa All Stars on 18 points and are scheduled to play Berekum Chelsea next on match day 11 on May 8.
