GPL: ‘Hearts well prepared for Techiman City’ – Kenichi

Hearts of Oak coach, Kenichi Yatsuhashi has indicated that his side is well prepared for their match day seven encounter against Techiman City.

The Phobians lost 1-3 to high-flying Wa All Stars last week at home, with Kenichi returning from a short illness to steer affairs for the club.

In their next league fixture, they play as guest to Techiman City at the Ohene Ameyaw Park.

According to the Japanese-American trainer, they are looking forward to the match with no swayed attention.

“Well I think our team right now is in very good condition. The spirit is high. Nothing changes from the first game. We try to do our best each game and improve from game to game.

“So that’s very good. We have analyzed our mistakes we’ve made. Lack of physical condition, no! Lack of focus no! Not at all. We had other problems we have to fix which we did yesterday and today at training and we had very good training and we are well prepared,” he told the club’s website.

“For us the game that we played last one is already behind and history. We are just focusing on our upcoming match and we will do our best to win,” he added.

The two sides will be meeting for the first time in the league.

Hearts is second on the league table with 13 points whiles the Citizens place 6th with 10 points.
