Fire this afternoon gutted parts of Yegoala Hotel in Kumasi.
The hotel is owned by former Ghana and Leeds United forward Tony Yeboah.
The fire started at the conference room of the facility while attendees were having lunch.
Staff of the National Heath Insurance Scheme were using the hotel for training and education purposes and had to move to a different hotel to continue their program while fire tenders brought the fire under control.
No one was injured in the fire.
