Accra Hearts of Oak midfielder Richard Yamoah will undergo a test on Tuesday to find out the extent of the injury he picked up against Medeama.
The tireless Yamoah picked up an injury in the historic 2-0 win over Medeama at the Tarkwa and Aboso Park on Sunday.
After being knocked out cold by Muntari Tagoe during an aerial tussle in the opening minutes of the game, Yamoah returned to the action before twisting his knee in another duel in the Hearts half.
Despite trying so hard to run it off, Yamoah finally gave up with Cosmos Dauda taking up his place.
The midfielder could not walk unaided after the game, but latest reports suggest he is doing well and can now walk on his feet.
However, Hearts are not taking any risks and so have the player scheduled for a scan on Tuesday.
