GPL: Liberty v Inter Allies PREVIEW

Liberty Professionals will lock horns with Inter Allies in one of five scheduled match day 2 fixtures for Sunday at the Carl Reindorf Park.

The ‘Eleven Is To One’ will make a short trip to Dansoman for the ckash with the Scientific Soccer Lads.

It’s a Greater Accra Derby and both sides are eager to grab all three maximum points to position themselves well on the league table.

Liberty need the points so badly after losing their first game 2-0 to Bechem United in Bechem, Inter Allies also need three points to maintain their 100% win rate this season.

After match day one, Liberty Professionals have no points from their opening game and lie 14th on the league table.

On the other hand, the ‘Eleven Is To One’ lie 3rd with 3 points on the league log after beating Aduana Stars 2-0 last Sunday in Tema.

– Inter Allies:

Prince Barrie (Sierra Leone), Kingsley Nnamdi (Nigeria) and Michael Touray (Gambia) are in contention to make their Ghana Premier League debuts on Sunday.

Kwame Osei, Abass Mohammed and Emmanuel Nettey have been ruled out of this match as they failed to pass fitness test after they got injured from the first game.
