The match day nine fixture of the 2016/2017 Ghana Premier League game between Aduana Stars and Wa All Stars has been postponed.
The game which was originally scheduled to be honoured on 1/2 April, 2017 has been suspended due to the participation of Wa All Stars in the West Africa Football Union (WAFU) inter-club tournament.
The league champions All Stars travel to Senegal to play in the four-team tournament and thus leaves leaders Aduana Stars unoccupied this weekend and set to lose the top spot should second-placed Asante Kotoko win against Inter Allies.
The Northern Blues will be led by Ghana FA veep George Afriyie as they engage AS Tanda from Cote d’Ivoire on Thursday with Barrack Young Controllers (Liberia) playing hosts Union Sportive Goreene.
The game after coinciding with the WAFU inter-club calendar will have a new date set by the Premier League Board to be honoured at the Osaagyefo Agyemang Badu II Park.
The remaining seven fixtures of ninth week of the Ghana Premier League will be played at all the centers beginning Saturday at the Nduom Sports Stadium where Elmina Sharks welcome Liberty Professionals.
