Medeama SC will be leaving Ghana on Wednesday to face Sudanese club El Ahly Shendy in the second round of the 2016 CAF Confederation Cup.
The only surviving club in the Africa inter-club competition for the country will be playing the first leg on Sunday, April 10.
Medeama won 2-1 on aggregate over Libyan side Al Ittihad Tripoli after coming back from a 1-0 defeat in the first leg tie.
The Sudanese club also won 2-2 on aggregate with Congolese club FC Saint-Éloi Lupopo via the away goal rule (2-1 in favour of the Congolese side in the first leg and 1-0 for the Sudanese club in the second leg).
The return leg is scheduled for April 17 at the Essipong Stadium.
