Almost a half of Serie A clubs were in chase for the signature of budding Ghana midfielder Godfred Donsah during the January transfer window, claims his agent.
But the 21-year-old stayed put at Bologna but from all indications, he will likely depart the Rossoblu in the summer.
Donsah could not move in January because the offers tabled before him by suitors did not meet expectations.
“We had several offers from almost half of Serie A clubs [in the January transfer window] but none of the negotiations went well as expected,” his agent Oliver Arthur is quoted by TuttoBolognaweb.
“We will have to see in June if he continues to wear the Rossoblu shirt. His transfer is very likely in June,” he added.
Torino came closest to sign the box-to-box midfielder but the deal broke down on transfer deadline day.
Godfred Donsah had a €10 million price tag placed on him by Bologna.
