Former Ghana U-20 goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi has confirmed an approach from Accra Hearts of Oak for his services beginning the upcoming season.
The shot-stopper is currently contracted to Tarkwa-based Medeama SC who he only joined just last season from Asante Kotoko.
“I told Hearts to contact Medeama because I’m still under contract,” the 23-year-old revealed.
“I’ve already served my club a letter to let me go once they receive an acceptable offer. At this moment, there is nothing more I can do than to wait and see how things pan out. I may have to stay put if Medeama don’t get a satisfactory offer,” he added.
Ofori Antwi was previously courted by the Phobians but ended up with rivals Kotoko.
Hearts of Oak are said to be on the lookout for two top goalkeepers on the domestic scene during the transfer season.
