Black Stars Striker Jordan Ayew has said the Black Stars team have the quality to defeat Cameroon ahead of the two side’s semi final clash in Francevill on Thursday
The Stars who were finalist at the last edition in Equatorial Guinea are seeking to reach another final as they chase the title which has eluded them in the last 35 years.
Ayew who scored his first goal at the tournament against DR Congo insists they are experienced enough to defeat the Indomitable Lions.
“We have a big game against Cameroon. We just need to keep going because we have a good team to beat anybody. We need to keep doing what we do best which is win games even when it’s difficult.”
Ayew, signed for English Premier league side Swansea City on transfer deadline day, is expected to lead the attack for the Black Stars as team doctors continue to sweat over the fitness of captain Asamoah Gyan.
